Construction Process
- Demolition - Before we begin constructing your new garage, we need to demolish the old building.
- Foundation Installation - One of the most important steps when it comes to the longevity of your garage. Depending on the size of your garage, prepping the area and pouring the concrete can take about 3 days with an additional 3 weeks to cure.
- Structure - This is when it really starts to come together. We frame the building, add a roof, and install windows, doors and siding.
- Electrical - After building the structure of the garage, we begin the process of installing lights, outlets, etc.
- Flooring - We have the majority of the garage completed, now what's left are the finishing touches. We epoxy the floors, gutter the building and restore landscape.
