We look at the damage first. A lot of the time we can replace the bad boards, add support to the joists and fix the railing. Sometimes refinishing is all it needs, and that costs far less than building new. We'll tell you what your deck actually needs.

Most decks don't need to be torn down. We can fix warped boards, wobbly railings, soft spots from water damage and faded stain if you catch them early.
We start by checking the frame underneath the boards. If the frame is solid, we repair what's damaged. We only recommend a new deck when the old one can't be saved.
We've repaired hundreds of decks across Central Arkansas. Most of them had plenty of life left in them.
