Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not replace any written estimate, proposal or contract for work, which always takes precedence over anything published here.

Estimates and pricing

Prices, timelines and service descriptions on this site are general information, not an offer or a quote. A quote for your job is only binding once we have looked at the work and given it to you in writing.

Service area

We serve Little Rock, North Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Sherwood, Bauxite, Jacksonville, Sheridan and the surrounding Central Arkansas area. Coverage outside that area is decided case by case. Call (501) 475-5633 if you are not sure whether we reach you.

Site content

Project photographs on this site are of work completed by JT's Home Repair unless a page says otherwise. Material and product images are used to illustrate the options we install. Articles in the Resources section are general guidance for homeowners, not instructions for a specific house, and they are not a substitute for having someone look at your property.

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to JT's Home Repair. Please do not republish them without asking first.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, for example to our Better Business Bureau profile or our Facebook page, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

Limits

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or error free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Arkansas law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
